Please note: The Change of Contact form may not be used to notify us of a name change, if you have had a name change you will need to contact us by visiting a local branch or by calling us at 850.862.0111, Option 4 during business hours.
Eglin FCU members can request a discounted CARFAX report by submitting the discounted CARFAX request found on the forms page of our website at eglinfcu.org/forms. By completing and signing this request, you agree that Eglin FCU will pull a CARFAX on your behalf and debit your Premium Checking or Regular Share Savings account for a one-time charge of $20 per CARFAX form submitted.
To avoid interruptions to your Eglin FCU Debit or Credit card services while traveling domestically or abroad, or making international transactions, we recommend completing a travel notification form. You can fill out the Travel Notification form online at eglinfcu.org/forms.
If you need to update your contact information with us, you may complete and submit a change of contact request online via DocuSign. The Change of Contact Information request is located on the forms page of our website at eglinfcu.org/forms. Members with Online Banking access are encouraged to log in to update their contact information within Online Banking or the Mobile App.
If you have had a name change it is important that your new name is updated in our systems. You may not submit a name change request using our change of contact information request form. To submit a name change request you will need to call us at 850.862.0111, Option 4 or visit a branch during business hours.
A Direct Deposit Letter to provide to your employer is available on the Applications and Forms page of our website at eglinfcu.org/forms. Alternatively, you may contact us by phone at 850.862.0111, Option 4 or come into a branch to set up Direct Deposit or request more information during business hours.
If you received a notice from Eglin FCU that your account is dormant or about to be dormant, you may complete and submit the Dormant Account Reactivation Request form, located on the forms page of our website at eglinfcu.org/forms, to re-activate your account. A $10 monthly dormant fee is applied to accounts that have no member initiated activity in more than 365 days. To avoid dormant account fees, perform at least one transaction on your account each year. If your account has been closed due to inactivity and you wish to reopen it, you will need to contact us by calling 850.862.0111, Option 4 or by visiting one of our branch locations during business hours. To have an Eglin FCU representative assist you with removing the dormant account status from your account, please contact us by phone at 850.862.0111, Option 4 or visit a branch during business hours.
You can apply to open an account with us online. If you are interested in joining the credit union and want to apply for membership online, you can do so by visiting our membership page at eglinfcu.org/join and clicking "join now."
Skip a payment. You can skip a loan payment at Eglin FCU by completing the skip-a-pay form located on the forms page of our website at eglinfcu.org, once there select "Skip a Loan Payment" and follow the prompts to complete and sign the Skip-A-Pay request in DocuSign. Just keep in mind that your account must be in good standing, and there is a $20 processing fee for each loan payment skipped. Also, only one skip is allowed per loan per calendar year, and certain loans like Mastercard®, S.A.F.E. Loans, Share Certificate Loans, Mortgage Loans, and Mobile Home Loans are excluded. The loan must be at least one year old. Skipping a payment will extend the repayment period, and interest will continue to accrue during the skip period.
If you wish to add someone to your loan so that they can manage it on your behalf and/or discuss the loan with an Eglin FCU representative, they will either need to be added to the loan as a joint owner, which will require a refinance, or they will need to be granted special POA for loans. The special POA for loans will need to be signed and notarized by both parties. Please contact us at 850.862.0111, Option 4 or visit a branch during business hours for assistance.
To request an increase to the daily limit(s) for your ATM Card, Debit Card and/or Bill Payer account, you must complete and submit a Request to Increase ATM Card, Debit Card and/or Bill Payer Daily Limit form located on our Applications and Forms page at eglinfcu.org/forms. An Eglin FCU Representative may call to validate the authenticity and accuracy of the request in order to protect against account fraud before processing the daily limit increase.
