You may not use CardControls to stop a payment that has already been initiated on your card. Once a transaction has a valid pre-authorization, we are unable to prevent that charge from being posted. After a charge posts to the account, a dispute can be made against the charge by visiting any branch location or by calling 850.862.0111 (option 1) during business hours.
For damaged, broken or malfunctioning cards, you will need to request a replacement by visiting any branch location during business hours for same-day service or by completing the required form online on our Applications and Forms page.
