You may not use CardControls to stop a payment that has already been initiated on your card. Once a transaction has a valid pre-authorization, we are unable to prevent that charge from being posted. After a charge posts to the account, a dispute can be made against the charge by visiting any branch location or by calling 850.862.0111, Option 1 during business hours.
For damaged, broken or malfunctioning cards, you will need to request a replacement by visiting any branch location during business hours for same-day service or by completing the required form online on our Applications and Forms page.
