Activity Alerts provide peace of mind and additional security by keeping you informed when activity occurs on your account. Choose from over 30 types of account activity including but not limited to: changes to your contact information, withdrawals, overdrafts, low balances, failed login attempts, and even upcoming due dates on loan payments.
To set up alerts: Select 'My Profile' in the navigation bar, choose 'Manage Alerts' and then select 'Add an Alert.' From there you can choose the type of alert and specify parameters. Whenever an activity occurs that flags that alert, you will recieve a notice via the method you choose.
To set up your notification method(s): Select 'My Profile' in the navigation bar, choose 'Manage Alerts' and then select 'Send Alerts To.' From there you can choose to receive your alerts via email, push notification (requires the Eglin FCU Mobile app to be installed on your phone), and/or text message (SMS). At least one alert notification method must be selected.
Through online banking or the mobile app, you have the option to configure activity alerts to receive notifications about low balances that can be delivered via text, email or push notification. During the setup process, you can choose either an 'available balance below' or 'balance below' alert for the specific account or accounts you want to keep an eye on. You then set a monetary threshold that, when your current or available balance drops below it, will trigger the alert.
