Our Video Tellers are local Eglin FCU tellers working from our Operations Branch. They are happy to assist you with the Video Teller machines at any of our locations and guide first-time users through the process!
Video Tellers can complete the following transactions:
  • Cash and check deposits
  • Cash withdrawals
  • Cash checks (any change less than one dollar will be deposited into the member's account.)
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • Make credit card payments
  • Make mortgage payments
  • Pay on safe deposit box rental

Do I need my card to use the Video Teller? No, just touch the screen and we'll guide you through the transaction.
What if I do not know my account number? You are speaking directly with an Eglin FCU teller so we can look up your account with valid identification.
Can I choose how I want my cash back? Yes, Video Tellers can dispense the following denominations $50s, $20s, $5s and $1s.
How many locations do you have? We currently have 27 Video Teller/ATM machine locations with plans to expand throughout Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton counties within the next year.
Look for our Video Teller machines at your local branch and at drive-thru locations near Niceville High School, Gulf Breeze, DeFuniak Springs and Jonquil Avenue/Mary Esther Cutoff in Fort Walton Beach.
