Branch Locations & Hours of Operation

It is important to note that our branches do not all share the same hours of operation. All of our branch lobbies are open Monday through Friday and while most are open from 9am to 5pm, our Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field branch lobby hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

All of our internal departments such as our Call Center, Collections, Mortgage Services and Card Services are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Our Bluewater Bay Branch is located at 4558 E Hwy 20, Niceville, FL 32578. Our Bluewater Bay Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Bluewater Bay branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our North Crestview Branch is located at 1127 Industrial Drive, Crestview, FL 32539. Our North Crestview Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our North Crestview branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our South Crestview Branch is located at 1498 Ferdon Blvd, Crestview, FL 32536. Our South Crestview Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our South Crestview branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our Destin Branch is located at 180 Main Street, Destin, FL 32541. Our Destin Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Destin branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our Eglin Air Force Base Branch is located at 601 E Eglin Blvd, Eglin AFB, FL 32542. Our Eglin AFB Branch lobby hours of operation are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Eglin AFB branch are available from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Our Fort Walton Beach Branch is located at 838 Eglin Parkway NE, FWB, FL 32547. Our Fort Walton Beach Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru tellers are not available at our Fort Walton Beach Branch but our Video Tellers are available through our Drive-thru Video Teller/ATM machines from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 7pm on Fridays.

Our Hurlburt Field Branch is located at 108 Lielmanis Ave, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. Our Hurlburt Field Branch lobby hours of operation are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Hurlburt Field branch are available from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Our Mary Esther Branch is located at 321 Hollywood Blvd, Mary Esther, FL 32569. Our Mary Esther Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Mary Esther branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our Navarre Branch is located at 9830 Navarre Pkwy, Navarre, FL 32566. Our Navarre Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru Tellers at our Navarre branch are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays.

Our Pace Branch is located at 4413 US-90, Pace, FL 32571. Our Pace Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru tellers are not available at our Pace Branch but our Video Tellers are available through our Drive-thru Video Teller/ATM machines from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 7pm on Fridays.

Our Freeport Branch is located at 16970 US Hwy 331 South, Freeport, FL 32439. Our Freeport Branch lobby hours of operation are from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Drive-thru tellers are not available at our Freeport Branch but our Video Tellers are available through our Drive-thru Video Teller/ATM machines from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 7pm on Fridays.

Video Tellers are available through our ATM/ITM machines at all of our branches from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 7pm on Fridays. All our ATM machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If your card is damaged, you can request a replacement by visiting any branch location during business hours for same-day service or by completing the required form online on our Applications and Forms page.
