At EFCU, we believe everyone should enjoy a healthy work-life balance. All regular full-time and part-time employees earn a minimum of 10 days annual leave each year that can begin to be used after 90 days of employment. In addition to annual leave, full-time employees earn sick leave and enjoy paid federal holidays.
Health Benefits
All of our employees are provided with an employer-paid virtual health clinic. All of our full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Health, Vision and Dental plans. Part-time employees are also eligible to enroll in our Vision plan. Life Insurance is provided for both full-time and part-time employees. Eglin FCU also offers Long and Short Term Disability for full-time employees in the event they are prevented from working as a result of a disability.
